Always good food but arrived an hour after the ETA. I called and the chap said 10 mins, it arrived 40 minutes later. Definitely worth the wait but if you need more time, I would rather accurate timescales rather than a guess just go get me off the phone.

Disappointing!! The staff argued with me, that the menu was wrong and were not missing items. Even when following the new ‘menu’ as I was told it should be, I was still missing items. The staff were adamant I was lying, and put the phone down on me twice. I am really disappointed this is how they treat customers. I understand at times elements may be forgotten, and previously these were rectified no problem, but this time, I was berated by the staff. The food was actually lovely, but not good enough to outweigh to the really poor customer service.
